Rajan Roleshiya

Rajan Roleshiya supports QQGT’s petroleum trading operations through operational coordination, shipment follow-up, logistics management, transaction documentation, and administrative support. He works closely with suppliers, logistics providers, counterparties, and internal teams to help ensure the smooth execution of petroleum trading activities and day-to-day operational processes.
His role includes coordinating operational workflows, monitoring shipment progress, maintaining transaction and cargo documentation, and supporting the timely handling of petroleum operations to contribute to efficient and reliable business execution.
Serigne Aramine Mbacke
Logistics Coordinator
Serigne Aramine Mbacke is the Director of Africa Division and Government & Strategic Relations Coordinator of Quantum Quest General Trading LLC, Dubai. He is responsible for coordinating the company’s engagement with African governments and strategic institutions, identifying national supply and development requirements, and connecting qualified government projects with Quantum Quest’s international supply, commercial and financial network. His mandate covers strategic sectors including energy, healthcare, agriculture and fertilizers, food security, infrastructure, metals and technology.
